모금활동 소개
Hey everyone!
As many of you already know, this is a project that is very close to my heart. So I'm pulling out my running shoes to run! It will be my first organized "run" since my knee messed up a few years ago, and I'm really glad it will be for this project.
I wanted to invite all of you to run along with me, but with the cost of plane tickets, passports, and the time needed to make it to a run on the other side of the earth, I figured most of you couldn't make it. Still, I want to invite you to join me in supporting this amazing organization!
My goal is to raise $6000, which is the cost of a whole scholarship for one year. When you compare it to the impact it will have on this student's whole life, it is not very much at all! If each of us give just a small amount, I know we can easily meet this goal!
Please consider supporting me and Oak Tree Project. It will make a deep, lasting impact!
Thanks guys!
I love you all!

Oak Tree Run 2016 소개
On Saturday, October 15, 2016, Oak Tree Project will be partnering with a race for underprivileged children in Korea to raise funds for scholarships for orphans in South Korea. Orphans in Korea are on their own after they graduate from high school and many struggle to get by financially and emotionally. It is especially difficult for those who get into college who have to work while studying. The stress and loneliness leads to depression and desperation for many, which can lead to prostitution, joining gangs, or even suicide. Oak Tree Project is a scholarship and mentoring program designed to not just help the orphans have funds through college, but to also receive the emotional support and guidance they need to succeed.
